ONCALL & Remote Monitoring
ONCALL is a scalable system client/server system. It can be used as a central monitoring application for organisations that need to monitor several geographically dispersed branch office locations 24 x 7 x 365 for life signs and critical services. 

Each remote location features an instance of the ONCALL system running on a dedicated PC with Windows XP Pro. Wired, wireless or appliance sensors can be added and configured as required. ONCALL can monitor the availability of telephony services essential network services on local servers and infrastructure equipment reducing downtime through validated alerting via SMS, email, pagers and Skype encrypted messaging. 

Adverse events are reported to a central enterprise ONCALL platform with attendant present. This core system has authority to investigate, acknowledge and act on the event(s) providing a remedy as necessary.  Each remote location can be configured to continuously monitor the proper operation of all security, building and plant systems.  ONCALL's historian capabilities provide comprehensive event information from encrypted logs and an Alarm viewer. 

Local audio visual alarms (ONCALL AVA) can be enabled too for any event via local enunciators over the local LAN.  Industrial strength wireless mesh sensor networks provide a particularly cost effective solution as data from the Utility meters can be collected together with other monitored data as a retro-fit to existing buildings.

Protection of Historical Buildings
ONCALL coupled with wireless temperature and humidity sensors provides a reliable and cost effective method of profiling the thermal properties and degradation of building materials in museums and historical buildings.

	Once surveyed, sensors can be moved at will and at very low cost without the need of specialist contractors or potential damage to the decoration or fabric of the buildings with cables and ducting.
