Questions concerning our policy

What personal information does ANEC collect from me?

(1) We may ask you for your name, telephone number, fax number, email address, company name, address, company's area of business, job technology, job function, purchasing influence, number of employees in your company, your primary product interest and how you heard about the site.

(2) If ANEC provides products on- line with on-line purchasing we will require the necessary personal details for transactions with credit cards and authorisation details.

(3) When we offer downloads for trials and software updates, we ask you to key in as little information as possible to enable us to issue a unique Username and Password. This will enable you to have access to the file systems.

We may also record some details of how you use the site, such as applications or upgrades you may have chosen to download, page selections, products you search for, and information you download. If you accessed this site following a search on the internet, we may record the search you undertook and how it relates to your use of this site.

We may keep copies of information you submit when you send email feedback to the site, ask a technical question, or report a problem.

ANEC also occasionally asks users to complete surveys for research purposes. If you contact ANEC Ltd in writing, we may keep a record of that correspondence, if not, it will have been destroyed after the survey.
